Unified Associates Mission Statement.

Motivated by the apparent dysfunction that is all around us, that perpetuates destructive and abusive behavior collectively and individually, our mission has clear goals and steps to create solutions and see visible evidence of it’s effectiveness. The foundation of our vision starts with the individual and helping individuals to come together to make changes.

We believe with the proper resources, and willingness, behavior modification will not only have an impact on each person we reach out to, but will create a chain reaction of philanthropy and positive change. As opposed to negative reinforcement, which is common place in the community,we will use positive reinforcement and self awareness to train up leaders who are able to display effective skills for change toward community betterment.

Our Mission is in creating a base group of leaders, who not only volunteer and meet goals but also train up new leaders and team members with specific roles and responsibilities.  Part of the problem that exists in our community is lack of responsibility, and initiative. This is partly caused due to a lack of clear guidance and examples that would inspire. True effectiveness will only be accomplished as a team, and a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

With that in mind we are determined to effectively change lives and not give up easily.  Unity is our main focus, knowing that it will take many steps to reach the kind of unity that develops into proficiency. There are many born leaders within the community who have not realized their potential and it is our goal to assist them in awakening their souls from a dormant state, and using that for the sake of the community in general and society as a whole.
